Our photographers illustrate all aspects of campus life. They take portraits of the Missouri State community and capture images of the important events and people in the history of the university.

These photographs can be used in print, online, displays and more.

How to make your photo request

You must fill out and submit the form below for all photography requests.

Our schedule is tight, so help us plan ahead

We have limited staff and great demand for our services, so advanced planning for photo needs is essential.

Please schedule assignments with at least 10 working days notice.

Assignments with less than 10 working days must be granted an exception by the director of creative services.

Assignments with less than five days notice will be considered “rush” assignments. Rush assignments may not be scheduled if they interfere with other scheduled assignments or workloads. Rush assignments also create more expenses, and those expenses are passed on to the project client.

There will be times, and dates, that assignments will naturally conflict, but it is also understood that we are a limited staff and in times of unavoidable conflict decisions will have to be made as to what assignments will take precedence over others. These decisions are not taken lightly and will be made for the greater need as well as the greater advantage of the university. This form is vital in the decision making process.

What does it cost to hire a photographer?

We charge fees for our services, including photo coverage, scanning, retouching and creating prints. Charges vary by the type of projects or requests.
