Computer Science Scholarships

Contact the department directly for deadline and application information. Scholarship amounts vary annually.  Unless otherwise noted, students must be undergraduates, enrolled full-time (12 hours).

Boeing Software Engineering Scholarship
Student must be enrolled at the sophomore level or higher, and have maintained an over-all GPA of 3.2 and a 3.2 GPA in computer science. Student must be a member of the Missouri State chapter of the Association for Computing Machinery (ACM).

Cerner Corporation Computer Science Scholarship
Student must be a student majoring in Computer Science, at least junior status by start of fall semester, have minimum 3.0 GPA, and be a member of Missouri State student ACM organization. Preference is given for prior computer technology work experience.

Mel Foster Computer Science Scholarship
Student must be enrolled full time majoring in Computer Science and have completed less than 46 credit hours prior to the semester of application. Special consideration will be given to a freshman who has completed at least CSC131 and at most CSC 232 (132).

Pete Sanderson Scholarship
Student must be majoring in Computer Science and have completed less than 46 credit hours prior to the semester of application. Special consideration will be given to a freshman who has completed at least CSC131 and at most CSC 232 (132).

Computer Science, Engineering, and Mathematics Scholarship for Computer Science Students
Student must be a freshman or sophomore computer science major with financial need.
