To prepare ethical leaders committed to the NASW Code of Ethics and Missouri State University’s public affairs mission who provide evidence-based, theoretically grounded, policy informed, and culturally competent generalist practice to promote well-being, advance human rights, and eradicate social, racial, economic, and environmental injustice in local and global communities.

Degree options

You can complete the Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree at Missouri State through an in-person (campus) or online format. You’ll choose your preferred format during your application process.
