Policies and Information

Entrance to Plaster Stadium - Gates open one hour prior to kickoff.

Lower Level Entrance - Single letter ticket holders must enter through either the north or south entrance on the west side of the stadium.

Upper Level Entrance - Double or triple letter ticket holders must enter through the west side of the stadium by using the ramps.

East Side Stadium Entrance - The entrance for the east side of Plaster Stadium is located at the center of the east side of the stadium. All of the east side seating is general admission.

Missouri State Bears Players Pass List - The Bears Players Pass List is available at the south entrance of the stadium.

Opposing Team Players Pass List - The Opposing Team Players Pass List is available at the north entrance of the stadium.

Sky Box Entrance - Sky Box ticket holders may enter on the west side via the ramp or elevator to the second level.

Will Call Window - The Will Call Window is located at the main ticket office on the west side of Plaster Stadium.

Souvenirs, Concessions and Restrooms - Souvenirs, concessions and restrooms are located at all levels on both side of Plaster Stadium.

Disabled Access - Disabled seating is located in sections CC & KK. Guest with disabilities may use the elevator located at the west side of the ticket office. General admission disabled accommodations also are available on the east side with the ramp entrance at the north end. For special accommodations, please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase.

Lost and Found - All lost and found items will be turned in to the main ticket office, located on the west side of the stadium. Lost and Found items will be held at Plaster Stadium through the duration of the event. After the event items are taken to the Great Southern Bank Arena box office for safekeeping. Automated Teller Machines (ATM) - An ATM is located in Lot 4 (corner of Grand and John Q. Hammons Parkway). All concession areas accept debit cards, credit cards and cash.

Dress Policy for Indoor Courts - All persons using the Plaster courts are required to wear non-marking, rubber soled shoes on all courts. Handball/Racquetball players are encouraged to wear Safety Goggles.

Authorized Usage - Currently enrolled Missouri State University students and faculty/staff members may use the facilities without charge (ID cards are required)

Restrooms - Plaster Stadium has multiple restroom facilities located throughout the stadium. All restrooms are accessible for disabled guests. For the closest facility, please see a guest service representative.

Baby Changing Stations - All public Men’s, Women’s and Family restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.

Concessions - Plaster Stadium has concession stands on the first and third level on the West side of the Stadium and on the first level of the East side of the Stadium.

Policies and Regulations

  • Outside food and drink is not permitted inside Plaster Stadium. Medical exceptions are permitted.
  • Persons who wish to smoke in single letter and single numeral sections are asked to go to designated smoking areas outside of Plaster Stadium.
  • The resale of event tickets on university property is strictly prohibited and subject to prosecution.
  • Persons observed breaking the law will be subject to immediate ejection and/or criminal prosecution by the Springfield Police Department.
  • Cameras are permitted.
