Policies and Regulations

CLEAR BAG POLICY

In the interest of public safety and to expedite entry for fans, Missouri State will utilize a clear bag policy. The following items will be permitted inside Missouri State Athletic facilities and are subject to search.

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12"; One-gallon clear plastic freezer bags (Ziploc bags or similar)
  • Small clutch bags, no large than 5.5" x 7.5" with or without a handle or strap.
  • Spectators will also be allowed to carry other items allowed into the stadium, such as, binoculars, cameras and smart phones, but their cases will not be permitted.
  • Fans can bring in seat cushions 16" x 16" or smaller. The cushions cannot have arms, pockets or metal.
  • Diapers, wipes, other essential items may be carried in a clear plastic bag that does not exceed 12" x 6" X 12"

An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to: large purses, coolers, backpacks, briefcases, fanny packs, mesh bags, tinted or pattern designed plastic bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.

Non-compliant bags may not be placed into acceptable bags. Over-sized bags may not be rolled, folded, or otherwise manipulated to meet the sizing requirements.

  • Binocular or Camera Cases (binoculars & cameras are permitted)

  • Cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes
  • Confetti
  • Containers of any kind (coolers, thermoses, etc)
  • Drones
  • Fanny Packs (unless smaller than 5.5" x 7.5")
  • Flags & Flagpoles
  • Flowers
  • Folding Chairs
  • Gifts
  • Illegal Drugs
  • Laser Pointers
  • Luggage
  • Metal water bottles (only squeezable EMPTY bottles allowed )
  • Outside Food & Drink
  • Projectiles (including footballs, frisbees, etc)
  • Seat cushions with any metal, pockets, arm rests or backs
  • Strollers
  • Tripods
  • Umbrellas
  • Video Cameras/Professional Cameras (all professional cameras must be accompanied with a media credential)
  • Weapons of Any Kind
  • Any other item deemed dangerous or inappropriate by game management staff

STADIUM INFORMATION

Entrance to Plaster Stadium - Gates open one hour prior to kickoff.

Lower Level Entrance - Single letter ticket holders must enter through either the north or south endzone entrance on the west side of the stadium.

Upper Level Entrance - Double or triple letter ticket holders must enter through the west side of the stadium by taking the ramps or elevator to level 3.

East Side Stadium Entrance - The entrance for the east side of Plaster Stadium is located at the center of the east side of the stadium. All of the east side seating is general admission.

Missouri State Bears Players Pass List - The Bears players pass list is available at the south entrance of the stadium. The Bears players pass list tickets are available starting 1 hour before kickoff.

Visiting Team Players Pass List - The visiting team players pass list is available at the ticket office located on the east side of the stadium. The visitng team players pass tickets are available starting 1 hour prior to kickoff.

Suite Entrance - Suite ticket holders may enter on the west side via the ramp or elevator to the second level.

Will Call - Will Call is located at the main ticket office on the west side of Plaster Stadium. The west side box office opens at 10AM on gameday.

Souvenirs, Concessions and Restrooms - Souvenirs, concessions and restrooms are located at all levels of the stadium. All concession stands are cashless.

ADA Access - ADA seating is located in sections CC & KK. Guests neeidng ADA seating may use the elevator located at the west side of the ticket office. General admission ADA accommodations also are available on the east side with the ramp entrance at the north end. For special accommodations, please notify your ticket seller at the time of purchase.

Lost and Found - All lost & found items can be found in our guest services desk located on level 3 of the west concourse at Plaster Stadium. All items are relocated post game to the Great Southern Bank Arena ticket office. To retrieve items post game, please call 417-836-7678.

Automated Teller Machines (ATM) - There is not an ATM inside Plaster Stadium. All merchandisers inside the stadium accept all major credit cards.

Restrooms - Plaster Stadium has multiple restroom facilities located throughout the stadium. For the closest facility, please see a guest service representative.

Baby Changing Stations - All public Men’s, Women’s and Family restrooms are equipped with baby changing stations.

Concessions - Plaster Stadium has concession stands on the first and third level on the West side of the Stadium and on the first level of the East side of the Stadium. The concession stands are cashless.
