Program Structure

This program consists of three main components: Mentoring-Workshops-Community

  1. One-on-One Mentoring: This is where MENTORS will be serving as the main point of contact for the mentee for the academic year.
  2. Workshops/Panels: There will be monthly workshops and panels, designed specifically around the development of our tenure track faculty. A list of events will be supplied, and you are welcome to join us if available, but it is not required.
  3. Social/Community Connectivity: Events will be held on and off campus and within our general community to promote connectivity and networking. We will also inform you of social and community events that may be of interest. Your presence will be very much appreciated if your schedule permits.

Mentees are welcome to participate in all three parts of the program, or partially according to their needs, interests and as their schedule permits.
