Promoting equality in health services
Quality health care should be accessible to everyone.
We're here to make that happen.
Our purpose
We aim to break down discriminatory health barriers and risks in Missouri.
To do this, we've funded health projects for local organizations (e.g. health departments, schools, etc.). We focus on community health in two main areas:
- Offering inclusive services high-risk and underserved populations.
- Improving COVID-19 testing and response.
What projects have we done?
Our work is about reaching people where they are.
Some of our efforts have included:
- Funding mobile health units to deliver medical services to rural residents.
- Administering vaccines.
- Hosting food drives.
- Providing health screenings.
All of this and more has helped make health care possible for millions of Missourians.
