PARTNERSHIPS THAT PAY

EARN AS YOU LEARN

Students earn clinical hours and a paycheck through Earn as You Learn with Mercy. This new program is designed to be a win-win for MSU students and Mercy.

Mercy staff invest in the next generation of nurses, work alongside them, explain procedures and expectations, and train them on necessary skills. Meanwhile, students earn a paycheck and clinical hours while gaining confidence that they’ll be ready to transition from student to RN when the time comes.

Additionally, CoxHealth offers an externship in the senior semester to help nursing students gain experience in the field.
