Course Periodicity Changes

Use this form to submit periodicity only changes for courses. All other changes to course information must be submitted through a change course proposal through the curricular process.

Do not use this form if also submitting a change course proposal form for the course. Periodicity is typically updated late spring, prior to next year's catalog publication.

Periodicity updates for the 26-27 must be received prior to May 15th to be included in the May publication of this catalog.
