Course Periodicity Changes

Use this form to submit periodicity only changes for courses. All other changes to course information must be submitted through a change course proposal through the curricular process.

Do not use this form if also submitting a change course proposal form for the course. Periodicity will be updated prior to catalog publication in late spring.

Periodicity updates for the 25-26 catalogs are completed. Submitted requests will be updated May 2026 prior to the 26-27 catalog publication.
