When a file, image, and asset is created within Omni, it is assigned a unique identifier
called a dependency tag - shown within double curly brackets {{}}.
Dependency tags help ensure items retain their link even if they are renamed or moved
throughout the site. It’s important to remember, when linking to an internal page,
you should use the file chooser and not a url link. This will insure you are using
the item’s dependency tag and will be useful in helping to prevent broken links.
Dependency tags are managed with a dependency manager. They are assigned to all internal pages and files, but not to external links.
In Omni CMS, an email address may be made a link. When clicked a new email will open
within the user's default email client. The "to" will be prefilled with the email
address specified.
Quick links are a collection of links, predominately displayed, that prompt website
visitors to complete a desired action. The hero component provides the opportunity
to add up to three quick links (buttons) at the top of your page.
Quick links, located just above the footer, may also be added to your page. These
quick links are available only by request. These links typically repeat the call-to-action
links located at the top of your page.
