Accounting Career Day
Connecting employers and students
Every year, the School of Accountancy hosts its Accounting Career Day to foster connections between students and employers. The career day is an excellent opportunity for you to talk with recruiters, learn more about careers in accounting and hand out your résumé for potential openings.
The next Accounting Career Day will be held September 19, 2011, from noon-3 p.m. in Glass Hall, Rooms 434 and 436 and the fourth floor. Set-up begins at 9:30 a.m. with a recruiters’ luncheon from 11 a.m.-noon.
When you arrive, please check in at one of the two registration tables located on the 4th floor of Glass Hall near the elevators. Lunch will be served in Glass Hall, Room 437, for business representatives, Accounting Club officers and advisors, and SOA faculty and staff.
A Career Day barbeque will also be held Sunday, September 18, 2011, from 4-8 p.m. at Fassnight Park.
