Reason Behind It

The students of Missouri State University deserve a facility like this- one that fits their needs, meets their standards, and is solely theirs. The University Recreation Center is a necessity to maintain the vitality and life of this campus.

Sean CainOver the past 101 years, Missouri State has continually evolved to meet the needs of her clients, the students.  They now demand a new evolution: the creation of this Recreation Center. We have the opportunity to answer a call for change and should not pass it up.

A consolidated Recreation Center will provide students a place to recreate, exercise, participate in intramural sports and fitness classes, or just socialize with others in one central location on the Missouri State campus.
