| Graduates of MSU enrolled at the Springfield Missouri State campus between Fall 2007 and Spring 2012 who paid the FRC phased-in student fees will receive credit toward a membership. One full student service fee assessed during this time period equals a four month membership credit. This membership option, once started, is continuous. You will be unable to stop and start in another semester. Fees paid may be forfeited for a one time Day Pass (including use of the climbing wall or group fitness) to the FRC. This membership option expires 5-31-2016. | ||

| Active Alumni must be a Missouri State University graduate and an active member of the MSU Alumni Association. (Active status is attained by making a minimum $25 qualifying contribution annually to the Missouri State Annual Fund.) | ||
| MSU affiliates include part-time MSU employees, Missouri State Dining Services and Ovations Food Services full-time employees, campus interns, campus ministers, and University Substation Police Officers. | ||
| Household Members (18 and over) include one adult living in the same residence or related to a current FRC member. Must show proof. | ||
