If you are interested in completing a certificate program through HR Employee Development and Performance in partnership with the Managment Development Institute, please register for the certificate program and not the individual classes. Once you have registered for the certificate program, EDP will contact you reference registering for the individual sessions to include dates and times:
Managment Development Institute (MDI) Programs
The courses and programs listed below are sponsored through HR Employee Development and Performance (EDP) at no additional cost to the employee in partnership with the Managment Development Institute(MDI). You will learn practical tools and techniques that apply directly to work related issues that you can apply to improve your effectiveness as well as enhance your work environment. A comprehensive seminar workbook will be provided to serve as a reference manual back on the job. MDI Instructors have trained over 20,000 management and supervisor personnel from hundreds of local and national companies using dynamic inter-active training techniques that allow for maximum participation by adult learners. HR Employee Development and Performance (EDP) Organizational Programs
Human Resources Employee Development and Performance provides organizational development consulting services to individual University Units for the development and coordination of specialized programs to address specific needs or concerns. In addition, they also provide individual seminars tailored to the University system that focus on leadership, supervision, teamwork, communication, and customer service. These workshops are available for individual attendance or in support of departmental training.
