Family Weekend

Family Weekend 2016 is set for October 28-30, 2016. Join your student on campus for a fun-filled weekend of events such as the annual Student Showcase, Rock-n-Bowl, Family Welcome Breakfast, Haunted Campus tours, rappelling with the Bear Battalion, a Bears football game and much more. We have several different Family Weekend packages for your family to choose from. Some events do require tickets . The Family Weekend Tailgate for families of all current students is SOLD OUT. The Legacy Family Tailgate is available for all families of current students (does NOT include football tickets).  Please choose this option to attend a pre-arranged tailgate in BearFest Village.  Note: a child is considered ages 3-12.

Footbal tickets are NOT general admission. If you would like to sit as a group with family members and/or friends (for example, parents/students want to puchase tickets, grandparents want to purchase tickets, family friends want to purchase tickets and everyone sit together)  please do the following: (a) purchase all the tickets for every family all together at one time on one order or (b) have each family purchase tickets on the same day and contact Priscilla Childress at to let her know which families want to sit together.  The turn around on tickets is very quick so please let Priscilla know as soon as possible.

Annual Haunted Campus Tour - October 28th & October 29th
presented by the Folklore Club

7:00pm - 9:00pm (tours leave every 20 minutes)

Since 2007 the Folklore Club has been relating the narratives collected from faculty, staff, and students about supernatural experiences on and near campus. Come wind your way around campus, hear the tales, and learn some lesser known campus history along the way!  Limited to 12 people per tour (7pm, 7:20pm, 7:40pm, 8pm, 8:20pm, 8:40pm, 9:00pm) Tickets are $5 each or 4 for $10.
