Multicultural Students Services Welcomes

We would like to extend an invitation to you! Come celebrate the cultural and ethnic diversity of our university and country!  The Multicultural Resource Center serves as an academic and social gathering place for many students on campus.  The center is student operated and modeled after centers in various communities and university campus across the country which promotes cultural awareness in the campus/community.

Our office is comprised of the following components:

  • Multicultural student recruitment
  • Multicultural student retention
  • Multicultural education
  • Multicultural programming
  • Community Outreach/relations

The office coordinates a number of student programs established to promote the development of educated persons by enhancing their academic performance, ethical leadership, community engagement, cultural competence and social awareness. This office is a critical resource instrumental in achieving the university's goal of creating a more diverse campus.

Office Location : Plaster Student Union, Room 141.

Office hours : Monday-Friday 9-7 p.m
