Missouri State-West Plains now offers enhanced mental health support with a new on-campus counseling center for immediate needs, building on existing off-campus services. In a first for southern Missouri, the ASCEND Program provides vital, specialized support for students with autism pursuing their college degrees.

Building upon established off-campus counseling services, an on-campus center is now available to provide readily accessible mental health care. Additionally, we are proud to support the ASCEND Program, a unique initiative in southern Missouri offering tailored support for students with autism pursuing their academic goals.
