We are located on the southeast corner of the square in downtown Springfield.
Location
The clinic is located in downtown Springfield on the first floor of the Park Central Office Building at the corner of South and McDaniel.
While there are double glass doors on three sides of the building, the best entrance is on the west side of the building at 240 South Ave.
Once you enter the building, the clinic door is the first door to your immediate right.
*For persons travelling by Public Transport, the new Bus Terminal at 218 N. Hayden Ave is located west of the downtown square and is a 7-minute walk from the clinic.

Regular office hours
People wishing to make an appointment may call 417-836-3215. The office is generally staffed Monday-Friday from 8am until 4pm. If no one answers, please leave a message and a person will return your call as soon as possible. The clinic is closed on weekends.
