President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, Dec. 8-14, 2025

Monday, Dec. 8

President Williams has several meetings in-office and in the afternoon, he will host his annual President’s Holiday Open House. He will also welcome the Missouri Board of Education members who are arriving for their annual meeting.

Tuesday, Dec. 9

President Williams has several in-office meetings throughout the day, including the weekly convening of the President’s Cabinet. In the evening, he will attend the Missouri State Foundation Holiday Reception.

Wednesday, Dec. 10

Throughout the day, President Williams will attend the Missouri State Board of Governors December 2025 committee and regular meetings. In the evening, he will attend the Citizen Scholar Award Dinner.

Thursday, Dec. 11

In the morning, President Williams will attend Good Morning, Springfield. Later in the day, he will have a variety of internal and community meetings, including with the Springfield Chamber of Commerce.

Friday, Dec. 12

President Williams will attend the Bear Batallion Commissioning Ceremony in the morning. He will then lead fall 2025 Commencement.
