President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, April 13-19, 2026

Monday, April 13

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the day. In the evening, he will attend the 2026 Bears Lead Ambassador and Community Appreciation Banquet.

Tuesday, April 14

President Williams will meet with Student Government Association members for their monthly sync. He will then convene with his cabinet late morning, immediately followed by his Engaging the Community interview with KSMU. He will travel to Jefferson City in the afternoon to attend the Missouri Agriculture Hall of Fame Ceremony and Reception. 

Wednesday, April 15

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the morning. In the afternoon, he will attend the Board of Governors Executive Committee Meeting. In the evening, he will cheer on the Bears baseball team vs. Mizzou and celebrate Staff Appreciation and Military Appreciation night.

Thursday, April 16

President Williams will hold in-office routine meetings in the morning. He will attend a lunch with the National Student Employee finalists. He will hold routine meetings in the afternoon and will attend the College of Education Scholarship Dinner in the evening.

Friday, April 17

President Williams will attend Williams' Welcome, a breakfast with new staff, in the morning. Later in the day, he will attend the 33rd Annual Einhellig Interdisciplinary Forum awards ceremony.  In the evening, he will attend the Bears softball game vs. Jacksonville State and Bears baseball game vs. Western Kentucky.

Saturday, April 18

President Williams will attend several events - Spring Showcase, Bears football First Look, Greek Week Jam and Spring Family Day at Hammons Field.
