President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, Feb. 16-22, 2026

Monday, Feb. 16

President Williams will be out of office in observance of Presidents Day.

Tuesday, Feb. 17

President Williams will convene the weekly president’s cabinet in the morning. Afterward, he will hold routine in-office meetings. In the afternoon, he will attend the Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors meeting.  In the evening, he will attend the Student Government Association Student Body Elections – Debate/Open Forum.

Wednesday, Feb. 18

President Williams will hold routine meetings, including meeting with Staff Senate and Faculty Senate for his monthly syncs. He will also attend a Road Show with Commerce Bank to discuss the strategic plan. In the evening, he will attend the Bears basketball game vs. Kennesaw State at Great Southern Bank Arena.

Thursday, Feb. 19

President Williams will hold routine meetings in the morning. In the afternoon, he will attend Board of Governors committee meetings. In the evening, he will join Board of Governors members to cheer on the Lady Bears basketball team vs. Liberty at Great Southern Bank Arena. 

Friday, Feb. 20

President Williams will attend the Board of Governors meeting in the morning and early afternoon.  He will then attend the Collaborative Care Clinic Open House at Kampeter Hall. In the evening, he will attend the John Crist performance at Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts.

Friday, Feb. 21

President Williams will attend the Lady Bears basketball game vs. Delaware at Great Southern Bank Arena in the afternoon. In the evening, he will attend the Ice Bears game vs. Illinois State at Brightspeed Ice Park, where he will be do the ceremonial puck drop.
