President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, May 4-10, 2026

Monday, May 4

President Williams will hold routine meetings in the morning.  He will attend the All-Faculty Recognition Reception in the afternoon. In the evening, he will host the Graduating Centennial Leaders dinner at his residence.

Tuesday, May 5

President Williams will convene his cabinet immediately followed by University Council. He will then hold routine meetings throughout the day. In the evening, he will attend an event celebrating author and poet David Harrison at the Hatch Auditorium at The Library Center.

Wednesday, May 6

President Williams will hold routine meetings in the morning. He will attend a lunch for small businesses at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce. After that, he will attend the Alliance for Healthcare Education board meeting.  

Thursday, May 7

President Williams will attend the Board of Governors committee and regular meetings throughout the day.

Friday, May 8

President Williams will participate in spring 2026 Commencement Ceremony.

Saturday, May 9

President Williams participate in West Plains Commencement Ceremony.
