President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, May 11-17, 2026

Monday, May 11

President Williams will hold routine meetings in the morning. He will attend the Downtown Council of Champions in the afternoon. In the evening, he will host the Staff and Faculty Retiree Dinner at the Bond Learning Center Ballroom, Darr Agricultural Center.

Tuesday, May 12

President Williams will convene his cabinet. He will then hold routine meetings throughout the day, including an office call with Prime, Inc. In the evening, he will attend a dinner hosted by Wayne Hutchins at the Bond Learning Center Ballroom, Darr Agricultural Center.

Wednesday, May 13

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the day.  

Thursday, May 14

President Williams will attend the Good Morning Springfield, breakfast at the Hatch Auditorium, Library Center. He will hold routine meetings for the remainder of the day.

Friday, May 15

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the day.
