President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Saturday, Aug. 10-15, 2026

Monday, Aug. 10

President Williams will join the alumni and advancement team for a campus tour and lunch with the Robert W. Plaster Foundation Leadership Team. In the afternoon, he will welcome faculty and staff at the College of Education all college welcome. He will hold routine meetings for the rest of the day.

Tuesday, Aug. 11

President Williams will convene his cabinet for their weekly meeting and then welcome faculty and staff at the Darr College of Agriculture all college welcome. He will hold routine meetings for the rest of the day.

In the evening President and Mrs. Williams will welcome all new faculty to the university with a Faculty Welcome Reception at their residence.

Wednesday, Aug. 12

President Williams will hold routine meetings in the morning. In late morning President Williams is will attend the Commerce Bank Football Kickoff Luncheon. 

Thursday, Aug. 13

President Williams will attend the Community Leadership Forum in the morning. He will then welcome faculty and staff at the Reynolds College of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities all college welcome. He will hold routine meetings throughout the afternoon ending the day welcoming faculty and staff at the McQeary College of Health and Human Sciences all college welcome. In the evening, he will attend the Mo State vs. Kansas State volleyball game.

Friday, Aug. 14

President Williams will hold routine meetings in the morning.  He will welcome faculty and staff at the College of Business all college welcome in the late morning. In the afternoon he will welcome faculty and staff at the Meyer Library all college meeting, followed by his monthly meeting with the Faculty Senate executive leadership.

Saturday, Aug. 15

President and Mrs. Williams will welcome back students by volunteering with Bear Crew in the morning, attending the transfer student popcorn social in the afternoon and ending the day at the Bear Bash.
