President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, July 27-Aug. 2, 2026

Monday, July 27

President Williams will hold routine meetings in the morning. He will spend the afternoon at the efactory meeting with Sen. Jamie Burger and Chief of Staff Heather McNelley. He will then meet with efactory and Brick City teams before attending the Springfield Innovation Inc., board meeting

Tuesday, July 28

President Williams will convene his Cabinet for their weekly meeting in the morning and will hold routine meetings for the rest of the day.

Wednesday, July 29

President Williams begin his day at “Williams Welcome” where he will welcome new staff to Mo State. He will then attend the 2026 State of the State with Governor Kehoe at Great Southern Bank Arena. In the afternoon he will hold routine meetings.

Thursday, July 30

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the day.

Friday, July 31

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the day.

Saturday, Aug. 1

President Williams will attend the Mo State Athletics “Sneaker Soiree” with Mrs. Williams.
