President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, July 6-12, 2026

Monday, July 6

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the day. He will greet new students and family members at the SOAR session in the early afternoon. Later, he will attend the Springfield Expansion Community Leadership Meeting.

Tuesday, July 7

President Williams will convene his weekly cabinet and hold routine meetings throughout the rest of the day.

Wednesday, July 8

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the day. He will record a “Campus Questions Video” with some SOAR students. He will travel to Lebanon, Missouri, in the afternoon to meet with alumni. In the evening, he and his wife, Kristin, will attend Tent Theatre’s production of “Beehive: The 60s Musical.”

Thursday, July 9

President Williams will attend the first Staff Senate meeting of fiscal year 2027. In the afternoon, he will attend the Missouri State Foundation Executive Committee meetings.

Friday, July 10

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the day. He will attend the “Ball of the Wild” gala in the evening.
