President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, Jan. 12-16, 2026

Monday, Jan. 12

President Williams has several in-office meetings, as well as the Springfield Chamber of Commerce board meeting.  He will spend the evening at a showing of "The Music Man" at Juanita K. Hammons Hall for the Performing Arts.

Tuesday, Jan. 13

President Williams has a variety of in-office meetings throughout the day, including the weekly convening of the president’s Cabinet and the monthly University Council meeting.

Wednesday, Jan. 14

President Williams will have a full day of in-office meetings on varying topics.

Thursday, Jan. 15

In the morning, President Williams will attend the Community Leadership Forum. Later in the day, he will have a variety of internal and community meetings.

Friday, Jan. 16

President Williams will have several in-office meetings.
