President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Sunday, April 27-May 3, 2026

Monday, April 27

President Williams will hold routine meetings in the morning. In the early afternoon, he will attend the “Research that Shows Up" event. Later, he will attend the Springfield Innovation, Inc. Board meeting. He will end his day attending the 17th annual Bears Choice Awards.

Tuesday, April 28

President Williams will convene his cabinet in the morning. He will then hold routine meetings throughout the day.

Wednesday, April 29

President Williams will hold routine meetings throughout the day. In the evening, he will attend the Springfield Public Schools Teacher of the Year Banquet and Awards Ceremony.

Thursday, April 30

In the early morning, President Williams will attend the taping of the TODAY Show in downtown Springfield to celebrate the Route 66 Centennial Kickoff. He will then attend the Leaders for Ozarks Region Evolvement annual meeting immediately followed by the Governor’s Excellence Awards Lunch. He will continue with routine meetings in the afternoon and then attend the Route 66 Centennial Kickoff Concert at Great Southern Bank Arena in the evening.

Friday, May 1

President Williams will host the incoming University Staff Ambassadors in his suite at Plaster Stadium. He will then attend a monthly meeting with Student Government and return to have lunch with the University Staff Ambassadors. He will hold routine meetings in the afternoon and in the evening, he will attend and participate in the Missouri State Route 66 Parade Pre Party and the Route 66 Centennial Kickoff Parade.

Saturday, May 2

President Williams will attend A Night on the Mother Road: The National Route 66 Centennial Telegraph Ball.
