President Biff Williams Public Calendar for Monday-Friday, Aug. 3-7, 2026

Monday, Aug. 3

President Williams will hold routine meetings through out the day. In the evening President and Mrs. Williams will travel to Lebanon to attend the Lebanon send off event, hosted by the Lebanon Alumni Association to recognize students going to school at Mo State.

Tuesday, Aug. 4

President Williams will convene his Cabinet for their weekly meeting and then attend University Council in the morning. He will hold routine meetings for the rest of the day. In the evening President and Mrs. Williams will attend the football reporting day and team dinner.

Wednesday, Aug. 5

President Williams will hold routine meetings in the morning. In late morning he will travel to Arvest Bank for a strategic plan meeting. In the afternoon President Williams will attend the MSU Foundation Executive Committee Meeting. He will also attend the Springfield Public Schools Future Educators Signing Day.

Thursday, Aug. 6

President Williams will attend Good Morning Springfield in the morning.  He will then attend the Missouri State University Board of Governors Retreat for the remainder of the day.

Friday, Aug. 7

President Williams will attend Missouri State University Board of Governors Retreat.
