Op3.04-32 Graduation

Students who plan to graduate must submit an official Application to Graduate early in their intended semester of graduation. Degrees are awarded at the conclusion of the fall, spring, and summer semesters.

Students who do not complete all degree requirements during their intended graduation semester must submit a new application for a future graduation term. Graduation dates will not be retroactively assigned for students who fail to apply for graduation.

The University reserves the right to confer a degree in any subsequent semester for which a student has an Application to Graduate on file and has completed all degree requirements.
