Facilities Management utilizes an electronic request system that notifies the Work Management office of work requests. This system is utilized for all routine, non-emergency work requests for Custodial, Grounds, and Maintenance work requests. This system is also utilized for small requests for the Campus Construction Team that do not require a Project Request Form, such as installation of a single new electrical outlet.
Request work via the work order system.
Please have the following information available when calling in emergency work orders:
- Specific location - Building, room number, suite, etc.
- Contact name
- Telephone number
- Email address
- Detail description of the work request
Line of authority
Responsible administrator and office: Vice President for Administrative Services
Contact person in that office: University Engineer and Director of Facilities Management
