A document that allows parents to get a sample of what a parent readiness survey would look like. This survey goes over student safety, post-secondary programs, direct involvement, student’s strengths and challenges, concerns about the future.

Personal Support Inventory

This personal support inventory allows a parent or support person to complete a worksheet on the students independent living skills, social skills and communication, and academic skills. This information gives a greater understanding of the student’s functional level and is not a determining factor in acceptance to the Program.

Echo 2 smart pen

This Echo 2 smart pen records everything you hear, say, and write, while adding your audio recording to your notes. Then you can replay the audio from the smart pen or mobile device with a simple tap on your note. This technology is available at the Disability Center at Missouri State. Three pens have also been acquired through this grant from CFO, for more information contact Emelie Orlando.
