Jill Gregory Yoga is for everybody! If you can breathe, you can do yoga. It doesn't matter how old you are, the size of your body, your level of physical ability, strength or mobility. Everyone is welcome to my classes to move and breathe in a way that works for them. |

Cady O'QuinnHello! I'm Cady, an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher, trainer, and a continuing education provider. My love affair with yoga began after a decade of being a reluctant yogi. It was a single class that began a series of events which would change my life and give me a feeling of purpose. I teach a variety of classes and my style is always evolving. The constants in my teaching are functional anatomy, integrity, and play. Yoga=Joy to me! All are welcome and celebrated in my classes. We "practice with the body that showed up" together. See you on your mat! |
