Course Periodicity Changes

Use this form to submit periodicity only changes for courses. All other changes to course information must be submitted through a change course proposal through the curricular process.

Do not use this form if also submitting a change course proposal form for the course.

Periodicity updates submitted by November 1st will be published in the November publication of the catalog.
Periodicity updates submitted by March 1st will be published in the April publication of the catalog.
Periodicity updates submitted by July 1st will be published in the July publication of the catalog.
