Guidelines for Section Leader Applicants

The following guidelines will be utilized for all section leader applicants:

Part 1 - Leadership Application 

Applications must be submitted no later than April 19.

You do not need to fill out multiple applications if you are applying for drum major and section leader.

Make certain that each section of your application is fully complete. We recommend you type your responses in a separate document, and then copy / paste your responses into the application.

Part 2 - Leadership Interviews 

All interviews will take place in Wehr Band Hall and will be conducted in small groups. Please treat this interview the same as you would a professional job interview. Dress professionally and be on time.

Winds & Percussion

Interviews will take place April 24-26. Applicants may begin signing up for an interview time on April 15.

Color Guard

Interviews will take place on Apri 29-30. Applicants may begin signing up for an interview time on April 22.

All leadership applicants are expected to attend the Drum Major Auditions on Thursday, May 2 from 2:00-4:00pm in the Wehr Band Hall Hoover Room.
