Students, faculty, and staff may also publish personal web pages. Personal pages are places to display information about family, friends, hobbies, etc. Personal pages can be found through a people search in the search web site.

Personal web pages are stored at different web addresses, depending on your relationship with the university. The following table outlines the addresses, where letter represents the first letter of your public ID and publicID represents your public ID:

  • Student: http://www.student.missouristate.edu/letter/publicID
  • Faculty: http://www.faculty.missouristate.edu/letter/publicID
  • Staff: http://www.staff.missouristate.edu/letter/publicID

Creating a Personal Web Site

Students, faculty or staff should visit the Computer Account Management System to request a personal web site.

Deleting a Personal Web Site

To delete a personal web site, please email webmaster@missouristate.edu to let us know that you would like your personal web site deleted.

Editing a Personal Web Site

To edit a personal web site, you'll need to use WebDAV.  See the WebDAV Access Instructions for details.

A student may edit a personal web site through this WebDAV address:
https://webdav.missouristate.edu/student.missouristate.edu/firstletter/PublicID

where firstletter is the first letter of the public ID and PublicID is the public ID (front part of email address) of the student.

A faculty member may edit a personal web site through this WebDAV address:

https://webdav.missouristate.edu/faculty.missouristate.edu/firstletter/PublicID

where firstletter is the first letter of the public ID and PublicID is the public ID (front part of email address) of the faculty member.

A staff member may edit a personal web site through this WebDAV address:

https://webdav.missouristate.edu/staff.missouristate.edu/firstletter/PublicID

where firstletter is the first letter of the public ID and PublicID is the public ID (front part of email address) of the staff member.
