University Relations is the public relations unit for Missouri State University. University Relations includes 11 full-time professionals in three units: University Communications, Publications and Photographic Services. University Relations also has responsibility for the university's Governmental Relations effort.

Paul Kincaid, APR, is the Chief of Staff/Assistant to the President for University Relations. Teri Loch is the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff.
