Receiving your degree in accounting

The accounting undergraduate program is designed to provide you with a strong foundation in technical accounting skills and business fundamentals. Through courses in financial accounting, auditing and tax, you will better understand the role of accounting in business growth and development. Courses in ethics and professionalism help you transition smoothly into a workplace setting.

  3. Major Requirements
    1. ACC 300(2), 301(3), 302(3), 311(3), 321(3), 341(3), 553(3)
    2. Complete 3 courses from: ACC 504(3), 506(3), 513(3), 524(3), 525(3), 532(3), 555(3), 556(3)
    3. Note: All accounting majors are required to complete at least 90 semester hours of required course work outside of accounting courses.
