• Telephone reservations are NOT accepted.  Reservations are to be made using the online Motor Pool Reservation System.     
• Reservations may be made up to 90 days in advance of check out date for out-of-town travel and 30 days in advance for local travel.
• BEFORE making the reservation, please determine:
  • Date and time desired to pick-up and return vehicle.   
  • Destination
  • Driver's name(s).
  • Type of vehicle needed (van, minivan wagon).  Be sure to specify if the vehicle must be wheelchair accessible.
