The purpose of the Office of Human Resources’ Departmental Plan for Crisis Management and Emergency Operations is to provide support as delineated in the Campus Crisis Management and Emergency Operations Plan whenever a crisis, man-made or natural, disrupts operations, threatens life, creates major damage, occurs within the University community or its environs, or as otherwise directed.

General responsibility

The Office of Human Resources is responsible for arranging for expedited services of temporary employees when such services are required or directed by the Emergency Operations Center Decision Echelon, and for providing such specific support and/or services as warranted by the crisis or emergency and delineated below.
