In order for a member of the University community (students, faculty, staff) to park a vehicle on University property, the vehicle must be registered and have a current Missouri State University parking permit properly displayed at all times.
You may register your vehicle and purchase a parking permit at the Parking Administration Office in the Transit Operations Center at 700 E. Elm Street, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or purchase online.

Lot 13/14 closed 8 July, 2014
Construction of our new Welcome Center is scheduled to begin placing a fence around around lots 13/14 the 8th of July.Lot 14 is tentatively scheduled to reopen early this fall as a visitor parking lot.
Until the conversion of lot 14 to a visitor’s parking lot is complete visitor parking will be displaced to various lots throughout campus. Metered visitor parking is available in the following lots; 1, 2, 7, 11, 12, 16, 17, 19, 19A, 22, 24, 25, 38, and 43. Daily and weekly parking permits are available for purchase from the Parking Administration, located at 700 E. Elm.
The Parking Administration also has available a scratch off parking permit that can be used one time during a three year period. These can be purchased by an individual, University Department’s or on and off campus Companies from 1 to 100 of these permits.
Lot 35, East Half, closed 17 July, 2014
On July 17, 2014 with construction of the Occupational Therapy building, a majority of the eastern half of lot 35 will be turned over to Dewitt Construction. Entrance/Exit into lot 35 will be from Harrison Street only. Additional Parking is available in Bear Park North and lot 37.
Bear Park North (lot 43) will be closed for annual washdown starting 28 July 2014
Bear Park South (lot 38) will be closed for annual washdown starting 4 August 2014
