Office of the Registrar
Welcome to the Registrar's Office at Missouri State University. Our office, located in Carrington Hall 320, is comprised of four specialty areas: records, registration, degree check, and veterans services. Each area is described in more detail below.
Hours of business are M, T, W and F, 8 am to 5 pm. Thursday's are 9 am to 5 pm.
The Degree Check area assists students with degree audit and other graduation-related issues, assists in coordinating commencement activities, and issues diplomas.
The Records area assists students with a number of services such as transcripts, enrollment and degree verifications, privacy holds, address changes, and name changes.
The Registration area assists students with registration, change of schedule, and withdrawing from the University, and ensures fees are properly assessed.
Veteran Student Services specializes in certifying veterans to receive GI Bill benefits and communicating with veterans about new policies and procedures that may affect them. It also includes a grant funded Veterans Incentive Program for veterans receiving VA benefits.
