Personal Training

Personal training sessions involve one-on-one consultation and exercise with a nationally certified trainer. Unless otherwise specified, sessions are one-hour and cannot be split into smaller time increments.

Tailoring a fitness program just for you

Certified trainers at the Foster Recreation Center can help you develop exercise plans, stay motivated and overcome fitness plateaus through personal training sessions, fitness assessments and FRC orientations.

Our trainers help you overcome your fitness barriers in sessions designed specifically to fit your needs and help you reach your goals.  Try any of our session packages lasting 1 hour each, or sign up for an express session lasting a solid 30 minutes.  No matter which package you choose, our trainers will help you in every way they can.
