Personal training sessions involve one-on-one consultation and exercise with a nationally certified trainer. Unless otherwise specified, sessions are one-hour and cannot be split into smaller time increments.
Sessions may be one-on-one or shared between two people. Please consider you and your partner’s fitness goals before deciding to sign-up for a similar fitness plan with a personal trainer.
