Faculty members may be nominated or apply for the Foundation Awards. Full-time faculty members are encouraged to submit applications for these awards whether or not nominated. Currently, enrolled students and currently employed faculty, administrators, staff, and groups are encouraged to nominate full-time faculty members for Foundation Awards. Please note: Print out and complete the Portfolio Application Form. This form will be placed in the front of your packet.
Deadline for initial application and/or nominations is Monday, December 10, 2012 The APPLICATION and FULL PACKAGE OF MATERIAL delivery deadline to your department is Monday, January 28, 2013. The materials for a Foundation Award should be submitted to the departmental office by Friday, January 25, 2013, and department heads will be responsible for forwarding all materials to the dean's office by Monday, February 4, 2013 which will be responsible for submitting materials for Foundation Awards to the Office of the Provost by Monday, February 11, 2013.
