The university administration’s annual planning retreat, a meeting at the Springfield chamber with State Treasurer Clint Zweifel and a meeting of MDHE’s System Review Task Force highlight the weeks of July 4-17 for Missouri State University President Clif Smart.
Monday, July 4
The university will be closed in observance of Independence Day
Tuesday, July 5
President Smart will attend the P-20 Council of the Ozarks meeting at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
Wednesday, July 6
President Smart will join university academic and non-academic administrators for a planning retreat at Meyer Alumni Center.
Thursday, July 7
President Smart will attend the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce’s Good Morning Springfield breakfast. He will also speak at the Staff Senate meeting. That afternoon President Smart will meet with State Treasurer Clint Zweifel at the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce.
Friday, July 8
President Smart will attend the Tent Theatre production of My Fair Lady.
Sunday, July 10 – Saturday, July 16
President Smart will be on vacation.
Wednesday, July 14
President Smart will participate via telephone conference in a meeting of the Missouri Department of Higher Education’s System Review Task Force.
Throughout the weeks
President Smart will meet with alumni, donors and friends of Missouri State.
