The annual State of the University Address, a Springfield Innovations, Inc. board meeting, a MarooNation event in Fayetteville, speaking at the kickoff of the United Way and Missouri State Way campaigns, serving at the University’s Denim Days lunch, an interview of a candidate for Graduate College Dean, chairing a meeting of the Steering Committee for the University’s visioning project, an Executive Enrollment Management Committee meeting, publicly signing an agreement establishing a partnership between Missouri State and Convoy of Hope, the Bears’ home football game against Youngstown State University, and giving the opening prayer at Evangel University’s Heritage of Hymns highlight the week of September 29 – October 5, 2014, for Missouri State University President Clif Smart.

President Smart will travel to Fayetteville, Arkansas for a MarooNation event.
Wednesday, October 1
President Smart will speak at a breakfast kickoff of the United Way and Missouri State Way campaigns.
Thursday, October 2
President Smart will interview a candidate for Associate Provost and Graduate College Dean. President Smart will also chair a meeting of the Steering Committee for the University’s visioning project. President Smart will join a team of other administrators to serve at the University’s Denim Days lunch for breast cancer awareness.
Friday, October 3
President Smart will meet with the Executive Enrollment Management Committee.
Saturday, October 4
President Smart will attend the Bears’ home football game against Youngstown State University. Before the game President Smart will host guests in Bearfest Village. That evening President Smart will give the opening prayer for the Heritage of Hymns at Evangel University.
Throughout the week
President Smart will meet with alumni, donors and friends of Missouri State.
