Guidelines for preparing the FY13 internal operating budget

Last Thursday, Nov. 17, the Executive Budget Committee concluded its discussion of, and then unanimously approved, budget guidelines for preparing the internal budget recommendations for fiscal year 2013. The guidelines begin with the overarching goals of the process, move on to the various budget assumptions we used to develop the plan and then conclude with the specific elements of the plan.
