Compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA)

It is the policy of Missouri State University to be in compliance with HIPAA.  The Administration will develop operational policies to implement this governing policy and facilitate HIPAA compliance under the direction of the University Security Officer.
