Preparing professionals at every level
The Department of Nursing at Missouri State is a part of the College of Health and Human Services. Housed in the Professional Building, the department offers two undergraduate programs (BSN, BSN-C), one healthcare management minor, a Master of Science in Nursing as Nurse Educator, a post-graduate certificate for Nurse Educator, and a Doctor of Nursing Practice with two degree options (BSN to DNP, Post-Masters DNP).
The Generic BSN, BSN-Completion, Masters Nurse Educator, and DNP programs at Missouri State University are accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education, One Dupont Circle, NW, Suite 530, Washington, DC 20036, (202) 887-6791. The BSN program has full approval of the Missouri State Board of Nursing.
