Non-Music Majors/Minors who wish only to be a part of a large ensemble (band, choir, orchestra, etc.) and/or to apply for a scholarship related to their area(s) of interest should not complete this form. Instead, please contact the appropriate area coordinator(s) and set up a separate time to audition.
Graduate students may schedule an audition using the Graduate Audition Request form.
