Department Scholarship Audition Request Form

Scholarship auditions for current (continuing) music department students will be held on April 7, 2013 in Ellis Recital Hall. Click here to view eligibility criteria for 2013-2014 scholarships.

To apply:

  1. Discuss with your applied instructor to determine your readiness for participating in scholarship auditions.
  2. Complete the online application below. (The form will be available starting March 22.)Online applications must be submitted between March 22-31, 2013.
  3. Then you must visit the music department office during the week of April 1-5 to schedule an audition time for April 7, 2013.

NOTE: If you wish to be considered for need-based scholarships, you must also complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).
