The MSU Bear Battalion cadets had a strong showing during the state-wide, Spring 2009 Joint Field Training Exercise (JFTX) at Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri, April 17-19.  Numerous Army ROTC battalions across Missouri trained together on Land Navigation, Military Operations in Urban Terrain (MOUT), Small Unit Tactical Training, the Physical Endurance Course, Team Development Course and the Leader’s Reaction Course.  MSU cadets displayed strength, stamina and tactical proficiency while learning to work with other ROTC cadets in a team-oriented environment.
