• Pre-arranged Departure

  Download, complete, and bring signed form to registration on June 9. The form is necessary only for departures from campus for religious services or other approved absences with non-Academy persons. Students attending local Presbyterian, Baptist and Catholic churches with MFAA staff need not fill out this form.

• Course Selection

  Students may review MFAA course descriptions and indicate their top elective choices using the course selection form. Each Academy student will take three electives; one "A" Day elective, one "B" Day elective, and one "C" Evening workshop.

  The deadline for the course selection form is May 16, 2013. We begin filling classes Monday, May 20. Your prompt response ensures that you receive full consideration of your choices.

• T-Shirt Order

  Each student receives a 2013 Academy t-shirt. Please complete the t-shirt order form by May 16.

Student Handbook and Required Documents

• Terms of Agreement

  After reading the student handbook, all students and parent/guardians must read and sign MFAA's Terms of Agreement. Please bring signed agreement to registration on June 9.

• Student Handbook

  Download and read this handbook carefully with your parent/guardian before you come to the Academy; it contains much of the information you need to make your preparations for MFAA, and helps you understand your opportunities and responsibilities as a member of the MFAA community.
