Carrie's Cafe', a student-managed restaurant, is open to the public and located on the fourth floor of the Professional Building on the corner of Kimbrough and Cherry. Free parking is available during lunch hours in lots 35 and 37.
Students enrolled in HRA 435, Restaurant Management, complete this course as part of their HRA degree option in Food and Beverage Management. Taught by Senior Instructor, Abbe Ehlers, HRA 435 students refine business sense, creativity, commitment, skill, and so much more.
