There are New Students and a New Menu
The restaurant is managed by the students in the 400-level restaurant management class, which is team-taught by Abbe Ehlers, Instructor and Stephanie Hein, Instructor. "The students run the entire operation," said Ehlers. "They do all the food costing, recipe standardizing and computer programming, as well as the cooking and serving. We just provide support and guidance."

Carrie's is open to the public and located on the fourth floor of the Professional Building , Room 426.
It is the mission of "Carrie’s" to enhance the educational experience of students in the Hospitality and Restaurant Administration Program by showcasing culinary creations and dining services to the University community.
