Carrie's 2009 Fall Menu

Culinary creations in minutes is the signature specialty of Carrie's restaurant. The restaurant is managed by the students in the 400-level restaurant management class taught by Senior Instructor Abbe Ehlers. Hospitality and Restaurant Administration students run the entire operation, including food costing, recipe standardization, marketing, cooking, and serving. 

Carrie's is open from 11:30 am - 1:00 pm on the following dates during the fall semester of 2009:

October 20, 22, 27, and 29; November 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, and 24; and December 1 and 3. 

Please call 417-836-4409 for reservations. Walk-ins and take-out orders are always welcome!

Carrie's accepts cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Carrie's is open to the public and located on the fourth floor of the Professional Building on the corner of Kimbrough and Cherry, in Room 426.

Mission

It is the mission of Carrie’s to enhance the educational experience of students in the Hospitality and Restaurant Administration Program by showcasing culinary creations and dining services to the University and local community.
