Carrie's Cafe, a student-managed restaurant, is open to the public and located on the fourth floor of the Professional Building on the corner of Kimbrough and Cherry. Students enrolled in HRA 435, Restaurant Management, complete this course as part of their HRA degree option in Food and Beverage Management. Carrie's opens in early March, but you can click here to view the fall 2011 menu for an idea of what a wonderful offering the students prepare and serve.
