• Freshman Scholarships - offered to first time entering students who are entering Missouri State from accredited U.S. high schools  
• Transfer Scholarships - offered to students entering Missouri State after attending another university or community college 
• Graduate Student Scholarships - offered to students pursuing a graduate degree at Missouri State 
• International Student Scholarships - offered to students who are not U.S. residents and who have graduated from a U.S. high school or have attended a U.S. university or community college 
• General Scholarships - broad range of scholarships offered to MSU students from a variety of sources
• Departmental Scholarships - scholarships offered to students pursuing specific programs of study
• Fellowships - national and international fellowships, scholarships, and grants available for graduate studies
