Missouri State University

Hiring Toolkit

Few activities undertaken by members of the University community will be as critical to the University as recruiting and selecting employees.  How this activity is handled directly affects the ability of Missouri State University to implement its mission of "developing educated Persons."

We are dedicated to providing equal access to our employment environment while at the same time taking affirmative action to recruit and retain outstanding faculty and staff from historically underrepresented groups, veterans, and persons with disabilities.

You will need to attend the "Applicant Tracking System – Hiring Approvers Training" to create postings in the new system.  You sign up for the class by logging into My Missouri State , selecting My Learning Connection and searching for "Applicant Tracking System – Hiring Approvers Training".  If you have any questions please call the Office of Human Resources at 836-5102.
