Graduate Programs Graduation Rates & Counts *User Guide Available*
Dynamic Report of Graduation Rates by Year (s) to Degree within Graduate Programs. User chooses program and initial year that the students are declared part of the program and enrolled in classes. Rates are displayed of those who finished in the chosen program. Includes Part-time/Full-time, Gender, Race. Information of student completions in other programs available.

New Awards Granted
Dynamic report containing the number of degrees awarded by Academic Period.
ODSPROD Degrees Granted (OLAP) - Count of Degrees and Certificates Awarded from 2001 forward. Information is displayed by Academic Year or Fiscal Year—individual Academic Periods may be expanded within the display. Dimensions include: College, Department, Program, Degree, Degree Level, CIP Codes, Gender, Ethnicity, Award Number (e.g. 1st and 2nd major), IPEDS Cohort, Initial Enrollment Status for all IPEDS Cohorts, Pell Grant Indicator for UG students. Measures include: Awards (duplicated headcount) and Candidates (unduplicated headcount).

Completions-Fall 2009 & Forward *User Guide Available*
Dynamic report containing the number of degrees awarded by Academic Period.
ODSPROD Degrees Granted FA09 Forward (OLAP) - Count of Degrees Awarded Fall 09 and After. User selects the graduating semester(s). Included in the Parameters: College, Department, Program, CIP Code, Campus, Student Admit Type, Student Gender, Student Ethnicity. First & Second Degrees are included together so there exists duplicate head counts when examining data by student. Separating out first and second degrees is not possible in the cube. To obtain the number students graduating please refer to graduation list reports on the Academic Departmental Lists Tab or work with the CSV report to delete the duplicates.

Dynamic report containing the number of degrees awarded by Academic Period.
First & Second Degrees Granted Before FA09 (OLAP) - Count of First and Second Degrees are included in two separate cubes. User selects the graduating semester(s). Included in the Parameters are: College, Department, Program, CIP code, Student Gender, and Student Ethnicity. Phoenix Department, Major and Degree codes are included for reference. There is not duplicate headcounts in these cubes. For total number of degrees the first and second degrees need to be added together.
