The 20-Member Missouri State Cheer Squad is a group quality individuals filling the role of ambassadors of Missouri State University, and talented cheerleaders that continue the tradition of excellence of the Missouri State Cheer Squad.  Along with the Missouri State Sugar Bears and Boomer's Crew, the cheer squad is a part of the Missouri State Spirit Squads. 

   

 

 

There is no greater feeling than cheering in front of all of your friends and family and 16,000 other fans at a Bears Football game in the Plaster Sports Complex in the fall.

The Cheer Squad is thrilled to call the brand new $67 Million, 11,000 seat, JQH Arena home for basketball and the feeling when the place heats up with the electrifying dunks of the Men's Basketball Team, or to be deafened by the noise of the one of a kind fans of the Lady Bears Basketball Team.  Don't forget about the Missouri State Volleyball team who calls Hammons Student Center home, along with the Cheer Squad, the volleyball team is the 2nd winningest program in NCAA history and has been to the NCAA Tournament 5 of the past 6 years.

The squad provides spirit and entertainment for the Missouri State Athletic Teams and are one of the most visible student groups on campus, making appearances at corporate and charity events all over the Ozarks.  To request to have the Cheer Squad at your next event click here.

The squad consistently places in the Top 5 of the UCA College Nationals each year, including a 3rd place finish in 2009, 4th in 2008 and Top 5 finishes in 2006 & 2007.  We are the proud hosts of one of the top  UCA College Camps each Summer.
