Login & Setup Instructions

PLEASE FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYING FALL AND SUMMER 2009 CHARGES AS THEY APPEAR IN DIFFERENT PLACES DUE TO SOFTWARE CONVERSION

Students:

Login to My.Missouristate.edu

Click on the Profile tab

Under Student Account select semester

For SPRING & SUMMER 2009, click on Account Balance to see balance and make a payment.

For FALL 2009, click on Account Balance to see Balance. Click on Make a Payment, to view your balance and make a payment via Credit Card, Debit Card or electronic check.

 

Parents/Guardians/Authorized Payees: (Fall 2009 charges)

Access to make a payment for Fall 2009 charges will need to be given by your student. Please contact your student to be setup with access to the payment site. You will need a valid e-mail address to be setup.

Login to CASHNet

 

Setting up parents/guardians/authorized payees with access to make a payment and view balance: (Fall 2009 charges Only)

  1. Students will need to login to My.Missouristate.edu
  2. 1
  3. Click on the Profile Tab
  4. Under Student Account
  5. 2
  6. Click on Make a Payment for Fall 2009 , the link will go to CASHnet.Cashnethome
  7. Under the Parent Pins Header, click Add New
  8. Parentpins
  9. Parents will need to have access to a valid e-mail address. Login information will be sent to that address.

  11. Assign a Login Name
  12. Enter a valid E-Mail Address and an optional Welcome note.
  13. Leave the default to Yes, the person can login.
  14. Click OK.
  15. You will be re-routed back to the Student Account Online page within CASHNet.
  16. Parents will receive an e-mail with instructions and login information.
  17. Once parents are setup with login name and password, they will need to come back to the Login and Setup page on the Bursar website and click on the Login to CASHNet or click the link within the e-mail to make a payment or view balance information.
  18. Parents will be able to see the total amount due. After Monthly Statements are printed at the end of the month, detail activity will be available.

To Reset a password for a parent, the student will need to login to My.Missouristate.edu navigate to CASHNet and follow instructions below:

  • Under PARENT PINs, you will see the created username

  • To reset password, click EDIT across from the login name and click reset password.
  • change e-mail information if necessary and click RESET PASSWORD
  • A second e-mail will be sent to the parent and they will be able to login using the new password.
