Freshman application
For students who are still in high school or who have graduated from high school but will enter Missouri State University with fewer than 24 transferable credit hours earned at other colleges or universities. This page includes a link to view the freshman admission policy.
For students who are attending or have attended another college or university and have completed 24 or more hours of transferable college credit completed after graduation from high school. This page includes a link to view the transfer student admission policy
Readmission application
For students who have attended Missouri State previously and wish to return as undergraduate students. Students who attended Missouri State as precollege (high school dual credit) students and wish to apply for regular admission should use the freshman application. Students who attended Missouri State as undergraduates and wish to be admitted as graduate students should use the graduate application.
Graduate application
For students who have (or will have) a bachelor's degree and wish to be admitted to pursue a master's, specialist, or doctoral degree or a graduate certificate.
Non-degree seeking/postbaccalaureate course enrollment form
For students 18 years of age or older who wish to enroll in selected undergraduate courses but not pursue a degree. Also for students who have a bachelor's degree who wish to enroll in courses at either the undergraduate or graduate level but not pursue a degree--no transcripts or test scores are necessary.
International application
For all students who are not US citizens or permanent residents and are applying for an undergraduate or graduate degree. This application collects information needed for Immigration and Naturalization Service purposes.
