A Word about USA

"I have worked at SMSU for more than nine years. I knew the basic structure of the university...but that's about it and I was tired of being embarrassed when someone (usually a student) would ask me about SMSU and I couldn't supply the answer. I think that it's easy to be focused on our daily jobs and tasks and the immediate people around us, that we forget that what we do affects other parts of the university. Also, understanding more how our university fits together as a whole has really made some aspects of my job easier and more productive. The USA program is a great way to shine a light on the unknown nooks and crannys of our campus community."
